I live in Berkeley now and was also here when And/Or published those books by Bob. The way I see it, Bob Wilson's real impact (like Leary's) won't be seen right away but over time, maybe a decade or two, as more people wake up to lingusiitics, E-prime and basically more awareness around the power of words and their magickal arrangements to effect change in the reader's psyche.

Bob was a true magickian in the way he played with words, characters and stories to demonstrate quantum physics (especially in The Schroedinger's Cat trilogy and the Masks of the Illuminati). He used words used as invocation, not explanation, to trigger the very forces the words as symbols represented in both his speech and in his books. I learned more about the dark arts of writing from Bob than maybe anyone else.
